Mizchief, obrt za trgovinu i usluge (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.mooshiewooshie.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds and Returns – Case by Case Basis
According to the Consumer Protection Act, Article 72 of Croatian Law, every consumer has the right to terminate a contract concluded outside business premises or concluded remotely within 14 days.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Although each case is being evaluated on an individual basis, in general following rules apply:
- Ordered items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or another item (or items) within 14 days of receiving the package.
- The cost of returning the item and reshipping is borne by the customer, except in cases where the item has physical damage that was not caused by the customer or there was our mistake in shipping the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns
As we are evaluating each case individually, kindly get in contact with us before shipping your product by sending us email at [email protected] and we will provide you with the further instructions.
In principle, we only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrongly shipped by our mistake.
